Observers noticed that the Fair has been a repeated picture of the previous editions, despite efforts made by the organizers, headed by the Algerian company for exhibitions and export. The number of foreign participation, however, has declined in comparison to last year edition, which is due , first , to the absence of American companies, and the second factor is that companies are more attracted by specialized exhibition believing that public exhibitions ,often, do not allow the organization of specialized meetings with businessmen and investors. Algiers International Fair of this year has been marked, however, by an over presence of commercial and marketing companies. The organizers said that the number of visitors exceeded the half million, adding that the next edition is to be organized in June 2008, in which Portugal is going to be the honour guest. | ||||||||||||||||||
