The new coach of the national football team, the French John Michel Cavalli said that the only institution that he is under its responsibility is the Algerian federation for football

FAF, for its being the only party that he is dealing with concerning the national selection.

Cavalli declaration is considered as a clear message to the technical department for national selections. Through this message, the French coach wanted to make clear the way he is going to adopt in his future tasks.

The national coach, during a presser held yesterday in Essafir Mazafran hotel in Zeralda, seemed very sceptical to discuss the period covered by the contract, and its details , and he only said” I wish I will continue till 2010. Cavalli, made it clear that the list that was prepared to face the Sudanese selection in an amicable match on the 4th of June was fixed by Mezian Ighil and Mustapha Heddan “for the reason that they know the players better than me”

But the surprise is that the current list includes 3 injured players, who are: Ben Attaya, Aifawi and Belakhdar, where the latter had a surgery on his knee. This explains the mistake that the management board had made in its preparation of the list that will participate in the training. Cavalli points out to the absence of the players of Kanari and Ennasrya, who will join the training immediately after the Cup match the coming Thursday.
