The investigation included the branches of Elbiban, in the Wilaya of Borj Bou Arreridj, and Eziban, in the Wilaya of Biskara, in addition to the headquarter in the town of Setif. Security investigation proved that the former Chief Executive Officer, called (A. B.), along with three general directors that rotated on the post managing of the two branches, are accused of the misappropriation of 21 billion and 277 million centimes. The general director of Elbiban branch had offered four private retailers, who were dealing with the group, goods that worth 6 billions cm, knowing that they owe Erriad a sum of 9 billion centimes. While the general director of Ezziban branch has annulated the confiscation on a lot that is owned by a retailer who owes the group the sum of 5 billion and 200 million centimes, and who had been a subject to a lawsuit and was sentenced by the confiscation on his lot. Security investigations have proved the certainty of the involvement of the ex-president general director, called (B-A) in the wastage of more than 165 millions cm, and the condemnation of him because of the theft of 10 millions cm. We points out to the fact that the ex-president general director, who , during his presidency of the group, designated a senior employee in on of Setif branches, and was sentenced, 6 days ago, by one year and 6 months in prison after his involvement in the theft of 50 thousand dinars from one of his female colleagues was proved. Also, the administration filed a lawsuit against him, accusing him of the faking of his administrative file after it was proved that he doesn’t hold any university qualification.
