Air Algérie trade union secretary general Mr. Abdelhafid Bouhelassa told El Khabar that his organization has sounded the alarm as regards Algerian pilot’s migration towards foreign aviation companies mostly in the Middle East, India and China. The trade union has already notified Air Algérie managing board, transport minister and the prime minister a month ago to warn them from the bleed that herald a collective migration of pilots. Mr. Abdelhafid Bouhelassa justifies his organization’s fears by mutations underwent by air transport international market, as 2007 international aviation fair held in France from 18 to 24 June witnessed the conclusion of too much contracts between international air companies and aircraft manufacturers, the fact likely to increase the demand on high skilled pilots that will lead eventually to “a theft-like operation since great companies are going to attract small company executives”. | ||||||||||||||||||
