The Gathering for Culture and Democracy RCD party expressed the same thing, warning however “any attempt to employ the two institutions politically by the Authority”. The prominent figure in the citizenship movement Belaid Abrika told El Khabar, “we expected the issuance of those Presidential Decrees, two months ago, as a result to the convention signed with the government in 2005 to implement El Ksseur Claims Platform”, adding that the Movement is waiting for the implementation of the remaining terms soon, mostly the claim which is launching a Tamazight TV Channel then make Tamazight an official language by the next constitution revision. On another side, RCD party communication official told El Khabar that the party welcomes the setting of Tamazight Academy and Tamazight High Council. Mohcin Belabes expressed however RCD concerns over the two institutions composition, adding that the party has sought an explanation on the Council role to promote Tamazight.
