Labor, employment and social security ministry is elaborating a bill providing for the endowment of larger prerogatives to provincial committees to decide about the national agency of youth employment ANSEJ dossiers instead of the capital Algiers. Minister Tayeb Louh recently entrusted with employment portfolio told El Khabar that his services are underway of elaborating a new bill to be submitted to the government as soon as possible. The minister alluded that the new data are to be based on failures in some aspects of former employment policies, noting, in this respect, that the new policy is to be unveiled soon. The government programme, debated in the People’s National Assembly APN, reveals that the executive branch is to adjust current employment mechanisms, if need may be. It is worth to note that MPs unanimously criticized the government employment policy and claimed a development employment policy not a social one. | ||||||||||||||||||
