8 thousand policemen during the final Cup in 5 July stadium
To ensure the safety of more than 90 thousands supporters

Algiers Police Department Chief Deputy revealed yesterday that 8 thousand policemen are to ensure the football national final Cup between MC of Algiers and USM of Algiers on Thursday
adding that more than 90 thousand fans are expected in 5 July Stadium. Mr Ben Aini Mustafa said that the mission of the 8 thousand policemen is to ensure the safety of the fans and organize road traffic.
The Chief Deputy stated however that the Police Department held a meeting with fans’ committee of both squads in which the fans’ representatives asked for improving the services quality in the stadium.
Mr Ben Aini revealed also that two giant TVs are going to be set in the main streets of Algiers in order to permit the fans, which would not be able to go to the stadium, to enjoy watching the draw on TV.
