Mr Nourredine Moussa told El Khabar that the priority would be given to quality perfection and construction speed. On the margin of African conference on housing held Yesterday in club des pins (western Algiers), The Minister made a comment about the delay recorded on some projects including those of “ADL” construction agency saying “we’re assessing the situation and will undertake the necessary measures on both short and medium terms, by counselling all the parties either employers or engineers to guarantee flexibility, quality and quickness.” The minister concluded that the government allocated a more than 800b dinars-about 11b dollars, adding that 264 thousand houses have been delivered between 2005and 2006, while 500 thousand houses are under construction. On another side, Engineers Association head Mr Abdelhamid Boudaoud esteems that there are more than 10 thousands non-completed houses in Algiers. | ||||||||||||||||||
