2007 Baccalaureate session initial success rate at 41.34%

Well informed sources told El Khabar that 41.34 % is the initial success rate in baccalaureate exam this year, adding that that rate reflects the number of pupils who have got an average of 10 and more.
Deliberations started officially yesterday in the National Office of Exams and Competitions ONEC headquarter, after closing the correction operation, are devoted to decide whether to “save” pupils who got average near to 10, by comparing their baccalaureate exam marks with their school year record to reach at least 51% success rate as last year, or keep 41% rate which is not up to the expectations of the Ministry of Education.
The deliberations, by the way, are to be finished today at around 1 pm.
