Technical and financial offers to be submitted later in September

French Crédit Agricole the Luckiest bank to snatch CPA privatized share

A financial expert told El Khabar that technical and financial offers are to be submitted later in September, noting that there is a fierce competition between foreign banks who deposited their folios to snatch the 51% of Algeria People’s Credit CPA

while the French Crédit Agricole is the most enthusiastic to get the deal compared to the other five banks.

In the same context, the source made clear that the bid winner cannot be decided before making an analytic survey of the financial and technical offer, noting that the latter is to be submitted before the third week of September.

As for the social aspect of CPA privatization, public authorities said that they are to strive to create new jobs instead of adopting worker dismissal policy.
