Success rates does reflect neither pupils’ level nor education system achievements
Education Unions assessing baccalaureate results
Saturday Jul 07 2007.
Education Unions have all agreed on the fact that the high success rate recorded in Baccalaureate exam which has been said to be “historical,” does reflect an improvement neither in pupils’ level nor in education system.
Education Unions’ directors told El Khabar yesterday that the increase in success rate is owed to private courses, and “hiding” the real number of candidates who passed the exam more than once.
The speakers wondered about the fate of those who failed in the exam, and who would be deprived from a second chance, mostly there is going to be a new program newt year.
