Soltani is unenthusiastic to lead the alliance
A meeting is expected during this week

Both Secretary General of National Liberation Front party (FLN) Abdelaziz Belkhadem and the president of Peace Society Movement (HMS) Abu Djerra Soltani are expected to meet along this week to schedule the next alliance summit meeting through which the3 months presidency mandate is to be handed over.
HMS vice president stated: “our movement would neither request the alliance presidency nor reject it in case FLN Secretary General decided to give it to Abu Djerra Soltani.” As far as FLN is concerned its spokesman stated that the summit date would be scheduled by both Soltani and Belkhadem before the weekend.
Among items that are still in push and pull between the three parties constitution mending appointment issue, mostly as Republic President showed the will to mend the constitution in his speech before army senior officers in 5th July. The constitution issue is expected to be the main item that would be discussed between FLN Secretary General, HMS president and RND Secretary General Ahmed Ouyahia in their private talks.
