Energy and Mines Minister said yesterday, adding that many other motivations targeting to preserve high quality officials and workers in energy and mining sector are on the way. On the fringes of the fourth energy and mining training sector conference devoted to discuss “professionalism of human resources role”, Mr. Chakib Khelil indicated that wages increase is to depend on the efficiency of the worker, the quality of his job as well as his merit in job-market either here in Algeria or abroad. He further disclosed other privileges for State officials like creating a saving fund which would permit them to be allocated long term loans without guarantee. The fund is to be created on the virtue of 2008 finance law. On another side, Energy and Mines minister said that recent OPEC summit was successful as it has gathered for the first time all the members’ leaders who discussed forth OPEC long term strategy as well as the market stability issue | ||||||||||||||||||
