France committed itself to reach 288 millions Euros, to be added to the sum of the anticipated paid debts by Algeria, which worth 1, 6 billions dollars, and it is the second highest sum after Italy that Algeria debts towards it are 1,7 billions dollars. The visit comes after the one made by the minister for finance, Mourad Medelci in April to France, where the Algerian minister met his French counterpart. The presence of the French minister allowed the close up of the anticipated payment dossier, where Paris backed up the Algerian demand before numerous partners in the club.
