As a result, the majority of Oran inhabitants have faced difficulties while moving in the town, as the main roads have been blocked. So the inhabitants of the suburban small towns have been forced to remain stubborn during the morning. The reason behind such a situation is quiet simple: “the town has been reserved to President Bouteflika.” According to several office directors, the majority of employees and officials could not reach their positions. Meanwhile, students have been subject to the same difficulties.
