Such a situation reflects how bad living conditions of university teachers are, while their competences are still not valued. The council of deontology, which is chaired by Professor Abdelhamid Aberkane, held a session, yesterday, to debate the report conducted through the 3 past years. Such a report has focused on the brain drain among Algerian competent teachers, because of problems facing them, while stressing on the importance of valuating human competences, before engaging in any other reforms. Still, the report has unveiled several phenomenon through university campuses, yet not existent. The most dangerous ones are the bribery taking and corruption. The teachers are accused of the most exposed to take bribery in exchange of some services to students, as another source to improve their bad living conditions, said the report. | ||||||||||||||||||
