Following reports submitted by the National Gendarmerie services to the concerned Army operational sectors, the security services are working to update the security measures benefiting foreigners living in Algeria. In this regard, the National Gendarmerie reports recommend the security coverage through the places and workshops and residences of foreigners, while advising reducing the movement of foreign workers. The Kabylia region is considered as one of the most dangerous regions for foreign workers, as several companies in charge of constructing East-West highway, which crosses both central provinces, Boumerdes, and Bouira. Other companies in charge of dams’ construction have also been targeted by terrorist attacks as like the one hitting the French company, Razel, in Beni Amrane, and Lakhdaria. To recall, there are 105 nationalities working in Algeria, they are originated mostly from China, Egypt, Italy, Philippines, America, France, and Syria, and other nationalities. | ||||||||||||||||||
