They have been charged with belonging to terror group, and manufacturing explosives, murder, while 11 other defendants have been found innocent. The defendants are involved in attacks, which targeted police stations a check point through Tizi Ouzou last Feb.13. To recall, 17 terrorists are involved in this case, including 4 runaway. In this regard, the General Prosecutor has required a death punishment against the 13 defendants, but the judge has sentenced 2 to 20 years; while the rest of them have been found innocent.
