The company was owned by Sonatrach from 2005 where Sonatrach and Algerian Airlines, “Air Algérie”, made a deal where the latter will give up 49% to the former which is now the complete owner of the company. The new equipment operation that was attributed to the Canadian company comes after this very company equipped the Algerian airlines company in the context of its renewal of its fleet where it was provided with 8 planes in parallel with the company promoting several products , knowing that Tassili airlines has booked 4 plans before the special bidding.
