The investigating magistrate continues the hearing of the owner of the company who have two citizenships, French and Palestinian, and the investigation of holding an Israeli nationality is underway, and accusation of false declarations in bad faith, in order to be issued with a commerce registry, the issue of bad invoices, treachery, the practice of illegal trade and the use of fictive invoices , and the non-declaration of invoices of buying tens of tons of row materials and the exploitation of fictive persons who the investigations are working on identifying them after the issue of commerce registries in their names. According to the general attorney of Annaba Court, preliminary investigations fixed the sum of 20 billions cm as tax escape for 2005, and it is being waited for the investigations to cover the other four years.
