The military institution has recently traced a roadmap of the social activity in favour of the personnel of the army and their families, to apply the note of the Delegated Minister to the Ministry for Defence, the Major General Abdelmalek Guenaizia. Concerning the lodging which represents the first obsession of members of the army, the military responsibles have adopted three formulas, according to the magazine of the army, social housing, participative social housing and promotional residences. The military institution has concluded on this subject several agreements with offices from promotion and management of the real estate and the National Case of Housing and the Bank External of Algeria, always according to the last number of the magazine. As regards the medical cover and social advancement, the note invites to be in contacts with the families and to guarantee a better protection of the mother and the child, in addition to the interest to the activities of assistances and help. A frame agreement was signed on this subject between the Ministry of National defence and the External Bank of Algeria to give to the personnel advantages and facilities to obtain open credits thanks to advanced engagements. The note was also interested in the victims of the national tragedy of the elements of the army, it is particularly leaning on those “who have suffered from wounds or who are unable to work” in their giving privileges to obtain loans of companies and public organizations, by improving the social structures, through the amendment of the statutes and their adaptation to the new requests.
