In addition he has denied that the two countries took delay in the signature of the four agreements concerning the commercial field, civil, the move of the people and extradition of the criminals because of the death penalty which appears in the Algerian texts of laws. He has declared that the United Kingdom knows pertinently that Algeria did not carry out of death penalty since October 1993; it added that the operation of extradition of Friday and Sunday was except framework of the agreement of extradition.
