Who require to acquire industrial and agricultural equipments and to guarantee the restoration of the apparatuses of production and industry and to develop them, however what is noticed is that the financial folds devoted to this side by Algeria became too heavy and the indirect investments thanks to the development of the production equipments should have given satisfactory results for the companies but the effectiveness is still absent.

The imports of industrial and agricultural plants represent nearly 50% of the value of the imports of Algeria, they occupy the first place in the list of the imports with an average exceeding the eight billion dollars per year, composed primarily of industrial plants made up mainly of cars of transport of goods and people in addition to planes and electronic instruments relating to the telephones and apparatuses of telecommunications and trucks for the agricultural sector.

The imports of the industrial and agricultural plants for only the first five months of the current year have exceed the 3 billion of dollars, at the moment when last year saw 8.61 billion dollars of investments and approximately two billion dollars for the cars transport people and goods, concerning the imported planes their value is estimated at more than 781 million dollars and 407 million dollars for the electronics components.

As regards the products intended for the production they come in third place, the imports of these products reach during the first five months the two billion and half, while they were considered last year last at 4 billion dollars mainly of the iron imports, who reached the same year 550 million dollars followed by wood imports with the equivalent of 250 million dollars and the oils intended for food industries with 135 million dollars.
