Mirsk interested in Algerian ports

The number one on the international level the Danish group “Mersk” is interested in projects of liberation of the Algerian ports, it has recently mobilized different of its branches to follow the case and get ready to present offers in this field.

This interest comes after the consolidation of locations of the company through partnership agreements and fusion operations and the will of the company to enlarge to the southern area of the Mediterranean Sea, after wide operations in Morocco.

The Danish operator has indicated in its latest report on its website, that the group contributes in many activities of hydrocarbons production in Algeria and it also contributes in operations of exploration, new agreements have been concluded in this field in Algeria, the group takes part in operations in partnership of Sonatrach and Anadarco.

This company has mobilized its main branches as “Mersk Logistic”, “A B M” and “Mersk Petrol and Gas” and other branches in order to use many winning cards. The number one in the sea transport will be in competition with a number of companies which have expressed their interest in these projects as the French “C M I G M I” which will held a big seat in Algeria next year in addition to the group “Portic” which has signed a partnership agreement with the port of Bejaia, which is considered as a first of its kind.
