For the establishment of equipments of signalizations and remote control communication in the railways linking Tebessa and Ain Mlila and Gue de Constantine and Oued Semar at Algiers. This agreement has been ratified in the seat of the SNTF for a value of 3.95 billions of dinars by the manager of infrastructures in the company and a member of the board of directors of Siemens, in presence of the ambassador of Austria in Algeria and the President General Manager of the SNTF. The agreement includes the equipment of the line Tebessa- Ain Mlila 204 km long and transfer bureaus by alternation thanks to the electronic control including remote control communication structures. Concerning the line Gue de Constantine - Oued Semar of the capital it will be on 8km, it is expected that tow stations will be equipped and a complicated system of control of signalization will be created. This project enters under the framework of the enlargement of the partnership with the German Siemens after the creation of a mixed company in 2004 “Estel” which is specialized in the installation of signalizations on the level of the railway lines, of which Siemens has 51% of the capital and the rest is the own of the SNTF. The Central Director of the basic infrastructures in the SNTF, Mr. Eloulmi Ali, has indicated that the ratifying of the new contract got by Siemens comes as part of the restoration of the railroads in which German company is taking part.
