belonging to the Company of management and participation, the French group Le Savre will also launch a project to build an important factory for the production of yeast in Algeria, before the end of 2006, according to an official statement released by the French group. The latter, who is considered as the number one in the production of yeast will build its own factory in Algeria. The French group also intends to extend its activities by getting the major shares concerning two factories belonging to the company of management and participation “SEGRO”. The international group, which was working in Algeria before independence (1962) reconfirmed the widening of its investments in Algeria. Le Savre wants to product the various kinds of yeasts for the Algeria market, and to develop the Algerian factories especially after the visit made by the group’s executives to Algeria, to confirm the technical and financial bids offered by the number one in the field of yeasts production, the turnover of which is more than one billion Euros. In addition, Le Savre will develop the aspects related to training; the group will open a specialized training centre for bakers and the workers in the field of yeasts production.
