He said, Monday, that Algeria is US second partner as regards to trade exchanges, and investments notably in oil sector. He made clear: “ today I come back to Algeria and notice exchanges volume four times upper since 1997”, this is construed by US-Algerian trade exchanges new record number estimated at around 8.3 billion Dollars in 2004 compared with 2003 5.2 billion Dollars as well as 2002 3.3 billion Dollars, Since then, US became Algeria’s first trade partner. The advance recorded in Algeria negotiations in view of its adherence to the WTO enhances this economic rank.
