The board of directors of “Al Serkal” Group is headed by Nacer Ben Abdellatif Al Serkal. It has a long experience in real estate in the United Arab Emirates, the Sultanate of Oman and Lebanon and this experience is equivalent to Imar’s, the same sources added. It said that the announcement of Imar’s to achieve five important projects in Algiers in the middle of July was a great incentive for other Gulf businessmen. To recall, Prime Minister Abdelaziz Belkhadem had already received at the end of June head of Emirates al-Uqaili Group Mr Youssef Mohamed al-Uqaili, who offered at this occasion, an overview of investment projects to be realised in Algeria. “Imar” also had already offered five projects, the plans of which were exposed in a reception party organised in the People’s Palace by President Bouteflika. Its head Mohamed Ali El Abbar is expected to visit Algeria soon to give the works starting signal.
