A fact considered as a first and most important path in materializing the air agreement already concluded between the two countries. The Canadian authorities entrusted the company with ensuring air services tasks. The agreement provides for the possibility of using different symbols i.e. using other companies’ airplanes. The choice will open prospects for ensuring the first regular flight between the two countries and is likely to allow commercial and tourist exchanges to develop. Airlines Company will take advantage from special services as regards Algerian destination flights symbols’ sharing with other companies, when other states airliners are used. This can be done by virtue of a trade cooperation agreement due to be sealed with the German Airlines Company Lufthansa. The choice intervenes after the Algerian-Canadian agreement concluded on July 5th 2006. The Canadian party underscored the importance of this legal instrument, given that Algeria is Canada’s first partner, be it in the Middle East or in North Africa. The two countries airways companies can use other countries airliners or resort to their services provided that security arrangements are respected, in conformity with the agreement, which allowed the Canadian company to get quickly prepared to ensure two flights weakly, awaiting for the Algerian Company arrangements, which is to be privatised by its capital opening.
