The union submitted a claims platform asking through it the administration to implement the collective convention clauses. It also expressed workers representatives’ views as regards Algérie poste current situation. Claims platform embodied workers fees redemption by the company’s benefits; they also asked the administration to bide by article 37 and article 126 related to workers transfer. It included the scrupulous definition of post workers and executives’ position on the regional subsidiary directorate work sharing’ ground, so as all the workers will be equal in rights and duties. Workers also raised social services fund’ problem, and asked the communication union to be put in review in order to allow Algérie poste workers to have their own union organisation. Fasting month “Ramadan”’ working hours appeared also among the claims, which were shaped during a 19 union subsidiary’ meeting, at the national scale, including the so-called Post General Direction Trade union Cell.
