Wage tax put in review rejected by government since 10 years

Retired federation asked officially the central union to « discuss the overall revenue tax relief issue during the forthcoming meeting of the government with the tripartite”.

This means that the tax directly taken away from the employee wage is no more welcomed in job market. This tax issue has already been neglected in finance law bills contents elaborated by the government for more than a decade, including 2007 draft finance law.

Despite finance ministry measures taken in the elaboration of finance law has met Employers requirements, it closed totally the door before wages tax in spite of the claims. This intervenes while figures in terms of 2007 budget funding testify that the government relied on internal resources without resorting to foreign participations, which means that government’s financial situation is more than prosperous.
