By the end of this year will tackle widely the national reconciliation and observations of the commission on the operation during the last six months. The compensation of the families of the missing people does not mean closing the file definitely. The consultative commission for the promotion and protection of human rights is preparing an annual report to be presented to President Bouteflika, at the latest, by the end of the year. The members of the commission have not been renewed yet, Farouk Ksentini revealed to El Khabar. On whether the report “recognises the procrastination in examining the files and the difficulties faced by those concerned by the Charter for peace and reconciliation”, El Khabar asked the president, of the human rights commission, who answered “ It is true” he alludes to the criticisms made on the operation procedure since application texts of the reconciliation were issued, last February. “President Bouteflika will announce the new decisions to extend the reconciliation”, the president of the commission added.
