Algeria Popular Credit (CPA) privatization process more clear-cut

Foreign applicant banks first choice in current October

The first foreign banks getting prepared to give their reports as regards Algeria Popular Credit (CPA) capital opening by 50% are to be selected by the end of October, banking sources told El Khabar.

This bid novelty is that the preliminary selection due to take place in current October is the important competition recorded between great international groups interested in the Algerian bank thanks to the banks network it enjoys.

In this respect, according to the same source, more than 40 offers by international banks, European for the most, sent delegations to Algeria within the last seven months to take stock closely of the bank’s situation as well as the available opportunities.
