Before wilaya authorities and a representative from the Tourism Ministry. The first cost of the achievement of this project is estimated at about 500 millions of dollars which will allow the creation of 15 thousands jobs during the period of its activity, responsibles of the American group, of an international reputation, have chosen to achieve the precietd project on the beach between the two regions of touristic enlargement “El Ouana and Arbid Ali” near to Ouadi Bourchaid, this site has been visited by the American delegation yesterday. It should be mentioned that managers of the American group “Panorama” have visited two times in the region of Jijel and have been interested in the achievement of investment projects in the touristic field in the western side of the wilaya especially in the region of “El Aouana” and “Ziama El Mensouria” By M.
