Pointing out at the involvement of senior responsible in the scandals, and who are behind campaigns that are targeting the state institutions and personalities including the president of the republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika. The president of the confederation of the senior staff of finance and accounting has ruled out the possibility of the president of El Khalifa Bank, Abdelmomen Kalifa to be the sole responsible of the bankruptcy and the collapse of the group Khalifa. The responsible accused, in a press conference held in the headquarter of the confederation, in Algiers, influential personalities of the planning of all steppes that led to its bankruptcy. And in this context, the confederation of senior staff of finance repressed the choice of the dissolution of the bank as a wrong choice since the authority was capable of avoiding the catastrophe of making many household with no income, and the abortion of big companies that were included in the group. Mahmoudi, also, point out to the ambiguity circumstances surrounding the death of the director of the bank , few weeks ago, in his cell in the prison of el Harrach , saying that it is more probable that this death was planned to erase many evidences from being. The president of the confederation expects that other scandals will surface in other public banks like the one occurred in the Algerian national bank and this in the few next months “there is a mafia which monitor the sector and earns from the scandals and conflicts” pointing out that the management of the financial sector reached a catastrophic level, and the minister is not able anymore to put a limit to this. Hammoudi returns to talk about the crisis that the bank of Algeria is struggling in, and which its roots go back the early years of the dark decade that opened the door to the non existence of surveillance state and the growing of corruption. The president of the confederation unveiled attempts being made by his organisation to send a delegation of Algerian experts to the headquarters of the EU and UN in order to raise the many unlawful moves that became a destiny for the Algerian people, and in this context the confederation declared its backing of the independent syndicates and their insistence to make their voices heard in front of “government that recognise just one client” , in a hint to the General Union Of Algerian Labour .
