German Group “Knauf” plans for new investments in Algeria

It bought private plaster factories

Europe number one, the German public works Company Knauf embarked on a new investment project in Algeria namely its activities after buying a plaster factory west of Algeria.

The German company earmarked 24 million Euro in view of its investments extension in the field of construction materials.

The German company, the turnover of which is estimated at 4 billion Euros, is planning for many investments projects in public works and construction areas taking advantage from its expertise as well as its direct installation in Algeria.

The company also announced the creation of vocational training centres in the field of construction in order to enable trainees master the German company’s products and materials in addition to training programmes on anti-seism constructions.
