Cavalli will do without Hadj Aissa and bets on Benzema and Naceri

Offers and proposals to organise friendly matches with the national team are pouring in to the Algerian Federation of Football, FAF, for coming months. More than four proposals arrived in recent weeks to the FAF president’s office.




The proposals came from Sudan, Jordan and Mali and even from Turkey and Uruguay. Meanwhile the Green will play a friendly match on 15 November at Rouen against Burkina Faso.

In addition, during sports radio programme of France Infos, national coach John Michel Cavalli revealed that he was angry about the player of Wifak of Setif, Hadj Aissa. According to him and as reported in DZ foot site, Batna player used his injury as a pretext in Conakry and played with Wifak three days later. Such behaviour cost him a stay in a stand during the match against Gambia.

Cavalli alluded to the possibility of doing without him as a great number of professionals, such as Ziani, Chadli and Saifi, are available.

Cavalli the news published by El Khabar three weeks ago about his wish to bring French Lyon club player Karim Benzema and Marseilles player Samir Naceri. He added that he was trying to convince them to wear Algerian colours although they are currently playing with the young hopefuls of France.
