It concerns 1023 people including 42 Algerians. A contradiction in the positions has appeared, however, between Blair and the Immigration Minister, Tony Mack Nolti, who makes an exception of certain cases where the extradition is impossible. The Times newspaper added, yesterday, that Tony Blear is on his way back from his previous commitment and he is going to jump on human rights laws in relation to extradition. This occurred in a time where the British authorities unveiled the existence of 1023 detainees in British prisons who are prepared for extradition, amongst them 42 Algerians, 58 Iraqis, 48 Somali and 19 Iranians , and these countries were considered insecure in terms of human rights according to the British newspaper.
