The prosecuted arrived on Air Algérie 4013 flight under strong security surveillance. The accused have been immediately relocated to Algiers Central security head office for investigation completion then they appear before Algiers Court prosecutor this morning. The accused have spent 10 months under custody in “Sala” Moroccan prison in Rabat before they have been extradited to Algeria by virtue of an international warrant of arrest pronounced by Sidi M’hamed court examining magistrate in December 2005. The signature ceremony of the three main accused in the case took place 12 of last October by the Moroccan Prime Minister in addition to Moroccan Justice and Home Affairs Ministers initial. The case has been submitted to the Moroccan Supreme Court which pronounced the Algerian accused extradition verdict last April. | ||||||||||||||||||
