The transfer of 244 millions of centimes from the sum consecrated to the decoration of the VIP Lounge in the Airport of Algiers

Concordant sources have revealed yesterday to “El Khabar” that juridical parts in the wilaya of Blida have opened an investigation on the Room of Industries and handicrafts of Blida

which is managing in with the Room of Algiers the project of the decoration of the VIP Lounge of the new International Airport, the investigation is on a “raise” cheque of 244 millions of centimes in the profit of a person, investigations are still going on to determine her identity and to her relation with the Room, this cheque was cash in the agency n°442 of the National Bank of Algeria (BNA) in Blida.

The investigation intervenes when the manager of the Room of arts and handcrafts of Blida, M. Mahmoud Kara Mustapha, in abroad for family reasons according to concordant sources, some people have explained this by the escape of M. Mahmoud Kara Mustapha after transferring sums of money of the value of the project of decoration of the VIP Lounge of the International Airport, with the connivance of other parts, especially when he is in an illegal absence, as explained by M. Ben Abdelhadi, the General Manager of the Rooms in the sector ministry.

The same person has explained to “El Khabar” that the manager of the Room of the wilaya of Blida has deposited a request of leave of one month, but his request was rejected for administrative reasons but he has travelled for of family reasons, and to enable us to know the truth, Ben Abdelhadi has sent us to the Manager of the Room of Algiers, Mme Berchiche, because she is the partner in the project of the decoration of the VIP Lounge of the International Airport, with a value exceeding 38 billions of centimes.
