Explaining that he had presented three up-to-date systems -which were authorised to work and recognized by many International institutions and companies- in order to initiate them in Algeria. Unfortunately, they aren’t yet allowed in spite of their efficiency. These new systems rely on namely people identification; they do such a task through human biological aspects such as the eye, the voice or the imprint. It concerns payment system, banking and financial insurance, air, road and railway transport’s system insurance besides health and social insurance. Mr Guenzet revealed that he began working on these three projects from 1989 to 1991 when he was running a computing engineering and services company “S.S.I ORM production”, in Paris. I faced plenty of obstacles beside financial difficulties, he said. The suggested systems consist in payment instruments, credit cards, cheques and health files insurance, through secured cards for social insurance, in addition to insuring all travel documents as regard transport field, explained Mr Guenzet, but after moving to Algeria and setting up my specialized firm, the difficulties carried on because of pressure and prosecutions from Paris French Trade, in addition to being bereft of my intellectual property rights.
