It all begun during the meeting of the FAF vice president Mohamed Khelaifia with the players on Thursday afternoon, where Cherrad had been the lonely player to criticize heavily the Algerian Union as concerns primes and bonus, he obscenely uttered some vulgar words which led the union representative to intervene several times to stop him, then to kick him out of the meeting. Cherrad, got out of the hotel furiously and directly went towards a night club in Algiers where he had drunk a considerable amount of alcohol till 2 a.m, he then returned to the Algerian team head office at Hilton hotel, where he provoked an uproar at the great astonishment of the hotel employers as well as the “Verts” coaches. As a result, the sanction had been too fast as Hamid Hadaj, the FAF President after consulting the National team’s coach Mr. Michel Cavalli; it had been decided to kick out Cherrad leading him on Friday at noon to Houari Boumediene airport to fly towards Paris. | ||||||||||||||||||
