More than 84 kg of drug confiscated at Tipaza

National Gendarmerie services of Tipaza have confiscated on three steps, the last few days, more than 84 kg drugs, the smugglers have thrown it on Tipaza costs fearing to be arrested by cost guards, who have recently intensified control operations.

This quantity of drug has been found on different costs of Tipaza which has become, according to responsible security services, a transit and destination to all drug dealers, especially the western ones.

According to official sources of the National Gendarmerie, the first quantity, estimated at 29 kg, was found in Gouraya costs, extreme west of Tipaza, few days later another quantity of drug has been found in the beach “Set” at Tipaza, about 27 kg. a third quantity was also found, 30 kg, at the end of last week in the cost of Bousmail, fortunately gendarmerie forces have recovered it before the smugglers.

Thus the whole quantity of drug reaches 84 kg, which could be thrown away by its owners when they saw guard costs who are imposing a strict control to Tipaza costs, on 112 km.
