Trade minister laid a new industrial and agricultural real estate problem, and mentioned that among 1.1 million traders, 20 thousand have been excluded. In his conference held yesterday in the fifth economic forum at the national institute of statistics and planning, trade minister pointed out that Algeria will join the free zone with the EU as of 2017. He considers that getting into the international economy and trade network as a positive move, minimising the extent of internal apprehensions. However, he raised the issue of Algeria imports relying on oil products, in addition to the lack of genuine heavy industry up to compete with universal industries, owed to real estate and the lack of skilled manpower. In this context, the expert Mr. Bachir Mesitfa said shortages and failure are due to mistakes recorded in decision making policies resulting in competence and economic enterprises exclusion from economic policy making and steering. On another side, national statistics and planning institute’s director Mr. Ahmed Kezal raised the issue of the badly need of human capital investment to reach the intelligent enterprise matching statistic planning and globalization dimensions, noting that the institute adopted recently new specializations taking in charge the practical indicators are potential risks to empower the enterprise with the ability to adapt to its environment and help decision to be made. | ||||||||||||||||||
