Courts nationwide started hearing officials of tens of bank agencies concerned with judiciary inquiries on a set of abuses, after a flagrant delay has been recorded in deciding on these cases. The think is about complaints lodged against an array of private, state-owned bank agencies and even foreign bank subsidiaries acting in Algeria. In this regard, our sources reported that justice minister has been gravely concerned about the delay recorded in such cases, after his meeting with finance minister Mr. Mourad Medelci taking place recently, when they talked many issues related to finance sector especially those lodged before justice in many courts of the country. In this respect, finance minister asked Mr. Belaïz to give him enough time so as to get reports on those cases in order to elaborate a survey on bank management. | ||||||||||||||||||
