Case of Blida former prefect

The magistrate of the supreme court, Mr Mohammed Bousenna, will listen to the son of the ex-prefect of Blida




Mr Mohammed Bouricha, and to 4 other witnesses in the context of court investigation on what is known as the resigned prefect case, and many other dossiers and scandals that have shaken the wilaya during the two last years, on the top of which the case of cars smuggling net.

The son of the prefect will stand as a witness in this case because of his involvement with the gang and the chain of scandals, on the ground of the relation that links him with what is known as “the head of the gang”, who is named “B Djamel”, who is on the run alongside with other woman who is involved in these scandals that led him into the temporary custody for one month, then under juridical surveillance from the accusation chamber of Blida’s court.

It is expected that the ex-prefect of Blida will stand before the supreme court magistrate who is designated from the first president of this very court for investigations in this case after that the general prosecutor of Blida court had referred, two months ago, this case to the supreme court to take a decision in such cases like the case of the ex-prefect of the wilaya of Oran Bachir frik,. The investigation will cover five businessmen whose names were mentioned in the investigation that has been led by the gendarmerie services, and the report issued by the general prosecutor of Blida court.

Mohammed Bouricha , the ex-prefect of Blida, accusations related to the wastage of public money, and his aggressions against the real estate, and also the signature of unlawful deals, plus his acquirement of possessions like villas and corruptions that were mentioned in reports of the gendarmerie services, these reports were referred to the supreme court to be investigated. These accusations were denied by the ex-prefect of Blida in his answers to the general prosecutor in the last hearing.
