Sahrawi foreign affairs minister Mohamed Salem Ould Salek expressed his regret as regards the so-called « the absence of a positive indicator that shows Morocco readiness to overcome occupation and fait accompli policy ».
The diplomatic official revealed that the delegation to negotiate on the behalf of Polisario front on June 18 will be headed by Mahfoud Ali Beiba, member of the national commandment.

Rabat considers Algeria as an essential party in the Sahrawi conflict

Moroccan authorities have implicitly called Algeria to take part in the direct negotiations, between Rabat and Polisario Front in June 18th
considering it as “an essential party in the conflict”, according to Mr. Nabil Benabdellah communication minister and spokesmen of the Moroccan government.

A ten-year sentence has been pronounced by Algiers criminal court last weak-end against the Algerian C. F. for support to Moroccans involved in March 11 2004 Madrid assaults.
In reference verdict of the dossier, it had been mentioned that C. F. has left Algeria to Greece in 1994 then Turkey where he stayed in an illegal way. He met there an Algerian heroine smuggler and stayed with him in a hotel before being arrested in 2001 and sentenced for 6-year prison for narcotic possession.
